Jiangyan Electromechanical Co., Ltd. successfully developed wind power AC variable frequency pitch motor

Through the concerted efforts of the market operations department, technical quality department, and manufacturing department of the special electrical company, the special electric company recently completed the development of wind power AC variable frequency pitch motor, which has large torque, light weight, and small size. The features such as strong overload capacity have been sent to the client unit for on-site commissioning.
During the development process, due to the short lead times required by the client units and some new application issues, the technical personnel and production personnel of the special electric company analyzed and discussed these issues, and improved the process tooling, check the drawings, and consult the industry. Internal experts and other means have resolved these new application problems. The Market Operations Department has ensured the supply of spare parts through active communication with parts suppliers and new parts suppliers. During the development of the pitch motor, the company overcame many problems such as trial production conditions and experimental conditions. The prototype was completed and verified by the National Key Motor Test Center of Hunan University.
