In addition to the installation and commissioning of the Frequency Converter, in addition to strictly following the requirements of the operating instructions, the following issues must be noted:
1. The shielded wire is used for the wiring of the control terminal, and one end of the shield layer should be grounded to ensure that the remote control is not interfered.
2. The wiring of the control terminals can not be mistaken, especially the 220V or 380V power line can not be wrongly connected to the control terminal, otherwise it will burn out the terminals. Therefore, after the line is connected, it must be checked repeatedly.
3. If self-learning is used to set the motor parameters, be sure to disconnect the drive device from the motor to ensure that the set parameters are accurate and the device is not damaged.
4. Before using the inverter, set the parameter to the drive mode so that the actual signal is displayed on the operator.
5. Before the machine is running, first check whether the cooling fan of the inverter motor is running, and then start the motor to ensure that the motor is not damaged. The steps for installing and debugging the variable frequency speed control system are as follows:
The application of variable frequency speed control system in the printing press gives the main power control system of the printing press a step to improve the printing accuracy and reliability of the machine. After a period of use, we find that:
1. The reliability of the speed control system is greatly improved, and the hardware failure rate is very small (so far, there is no failure);
2. The speed control precision is greatly improved, and the current electromagnetic slip speed regulation accuracy is increased from 2.5% to the present 0.2% (the smoothness of the machine operation is much higher than before);
3. Longitudinal protection performance greatly improves the life of inverter and motor (overcurrent protection, overload protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, stall prevention, etc.)
Therefore, from the current point of view, the press adopts a variable frequency speed control system as its main power system, which is relatively advanced in China.
Although frequency conversion speed regulation has many advantages, we believe that there are still some problems that need to be resolved. For example, users who use inverters slightly have no means to verify their technical specifications and the quality of the inverter after the inverter is purchased. The accuracy of the speed control, the starting torque until it reaches its technical specifications (the results can only be seen from the display data), etc. These are issues that need to be resolved in the future.
With the increase in the degree and precision of the start-up of mechanical equipment, more and more users have used frequency conversion to replace the electromagnetic slip of labor.
